R-Palletize is a configurable palletizing station which allows low-volume, high-mix manufacturers to use a single robotic cell for palletizing a variety of product patterns. R-Palletize is available in four hardware configurations which include a FANUC America M710iC/50H robot to handle cases up to 40 pounds, a Rockwell Automation control system, and optional end-of-arm-tooling (EOAT) to suit the application.  Designed for rapid installation and easy setup, R-Palletize offers changeover time in as little as five minutes from the user interface.  

The next generation W4F with its highly rugged Vistal plastic housing offers sensor functions and performance characteristics that were previously only available in the larger W16 and W26 product families from SICK. The Blue Pilot operating concept has been implemented in the W4F. The next generation of miniature photoelectric sensors offer the same look and feel – a consistency that makes operating and commissioning sensors significantly easier for users.

BioCorr HP is a new generation of BioCorr, Cortec’s time-tested water-based and biobased rust preventative containing 54% USDA certified biobased content. It is designed to preserve metals in storage and during transportation. This ready to use product has excellent emulsion stability, contains no chemicals that interfere with automatic transmission fluids, provides multi-metal protection, and is an excellent environmentally sound alternative to petroleum-derived products due to its biobased content. It protects for up to two years of indoor storage or during shipments when combined with VpCI packaging materials.

Made of hardened steel, it is extremely robust and resistant to all external mechanical influences. It can be used on serrated tool bodies and Alu-Line slide tools in the diameter range from 3.937” – 128.15” (100 mm – 3255 mm). Additionally, this precision boring tool can be adjusted without the aid of the readout. Its diameter can be set via a vernier scale in 0.0001” (0.002 mm) increments. This new tool offers an excellent price/performance ratio with extreme accuracy and strength in any industry.

To minimize machine downtime and provide operator safety, these Hydraulic Chucks use a simple hex wrench that requires only two to three turns for both clamping and unclamping. Tightening is complete when the clamping screw hits the bottom; controlling tightening torque is not needed. Once a Hydraulic Chuck is centered, the runout will not vary, even if a cutting tool is changed repeatedly. Runout of fewer than three microns at four times diameter can be achieved.

Walter's T2710 indexable thread milling cutter can be used universally in steels, stainless steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, high-temperature alloys, and hardened steels up to 55 HRC. It machines threads with nominal diameter from 0.79 in. (20 mm), and pitch range of 1.5 - 6 mm/18-6 TPI up to 1.5 x Dn thread depth. The tool is supplied with a Weldon shank for rigid and secure clamping.

For applications requiring XYZ motion, a motorized vertical linear module can be added at the factory - voice coil motors, linear motors, and screw drive linear modules are available, all with counterbalance or break option. Customizations, such as stage base materials (granite, aluminum, etc), a steel base, or isolators as well as mounting platforms for vision systems, laser heads, galvos or dispensers, etc., are also available.

TiNox-Cut End Mills are made from premium ultra-fine micro grain solid carbide with a maximized transverse rupture strength for high impact applications, and produce impressive results compared to conventional end mills. The Smart Function Kit for Handling can be used in a variety of areas, such as production handling, machine assembly and packaging. Pick-and-place tasks can also be performed quickly and cost-effectively, as a Cartesian multi-axis system for packages of different sizes, weights and formats. 

The "lightest" machine in the FZP line is the new FZP32 with a working range of up to X = 10, Y = 4 and Z = 2.5 meters (393” x 157” x 98”). The user can machine block materials, plastics, as well as CFRP, GFRP and aluminum, among other materials. Due to the large working area, it is also possible to mill components completely without reclamping. "The modular design of the machine offers the possibility to consider different options. 

With the release of a new offset CT reconstruction algorithm in the latest version of the manufacturer’s Inspect-X software, not only can larger components be scanned but it can also be performed at higher geometric magnification. The Offset.CT module is available on all Nikon Metrology X-ray CT systems from 180kV through to 450kV.

The ToolConnect barcode application uses a barcode scanner at the machine tool to scan the presetter generated barcode. ToolConnect reads and processes the barcode data, displays all tool and process information and then automatically updates the offsets to the correct fields in the control. No operator data entry is required.

This revolutionary new end mill boasts an unequal indexing configuration that reduces chatter for the optimized high efficiency milling of Aluminum Alloys. Designed and engineered from the Alumigator family of high performance aluminum mills, the 5 flute configuration with polished flutes can achieve metal removal rates in excess off 100 cubic inches per minute. Staggered roughing serrations and proprietary gashing geometry ensure small chip size to enable more aggressive feed rates and depths of cut.

When equipped a REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT HD 12.0 Battery, the chop saw can deliver up to 200 cuts per charge in 3-5/8” 20-gauge steel stud.  For safety, a RAPID STOP Blade Brake stops the bade within 3 seconds of trigger release. 

The ZeroClamp Zerolox  Zero Point Automation console is the only Zero Point product like it on the market today. It is superior both in repeatability and clamping force to single Zero Point workholding units having only 1 clamping stud with an orientation pin or slot. In addition to manual mechanical plate Zero Point clamping systems using 4 V-notched studs on a 52/96 mm spacing which requires clearance in multiple geometric planes.

Norton Quantum Prime Wheels have several important advantages including a new micro-fracturing grain that has unparalleled sharpness and cutting efficiency which reduces power draw and cycle times, while increasing material removal rates. The unique grain is free cutting, which combined with advanced bond technologies such as Norton Vitrium3, allows Quantum Prime to wear more consistently, improving part quality, geometry and finish even at high material removal rates.

EXAIR's No Drip Siphon Fed Atomizing Nozzles are available in round and flat fan liquid patterns. The volume of liquid flow depends on either the gravity or suction height coupled with air pressure. All of EXAIR’s spray nozzles, which include nozzles for pressure fed applications, are composed of 303 stainless steel adding durability and corrosion resistance.  They are available with 1/8, 1/4 or 1/2 NPT inlets with a variety of styles, flow rates and liquid patterns. Mounting brackets are also available for easy installation in specific areas on product lines. They are CE compliant and conflict mineral free.

This innovative insert seating substantially eliminates the tendency for vibrations, increasing insert life as well as tool holder life. The design also prevents incorrect engagement, especially for narrow insert widths, and enables an extremely high indexing accuracy. Elevated protective edge is an inbuilt feature of these DX18 carbide inserts that protects the clamping finger of the tool holder from chip-wash and acts as an additional chip breaker; further enhancing tool life and process reliability.

ISO-EcoTurn inserts, while downsized for tool economy, incorporate the identical chipbreaker geometry and thickness of regular sized inserts to maintain the same cutting performance at a depth of cut up to 3.0 mm (0.12"). This expansion provides more cost efficient solutions in steel turning applications. 

The TS 750 operates with high-precision pressure sensors, with force analysis for generating the trigger pulse. The forces that arise during probing are processed electronically. This method delivers extremely homogeneous, 360° probing accuracy.  It offers high probing speed of up to1 m/min and does not require a minimum speed.
