The oven was sectioned into four pieces for shipping convenience.
The MYNXG Edge SIIC² PLC Connector uses a secure mobile architecture with trusted platform modules (TPM) at the device level and hardware security modules (HSM) at the MYNXG cloud. The Phoenix Contact PLCnext Control is TPM protected and tightly connected with the Edge SIIC² PLC Connector. Together, this creates an end-to-end protection for both devices and their data, capable to meet all cyber security aspects of the ISA/IEC 62443. With this approach, Phoenix Contact PLCnext controls make the ProfiNet and ProfiBus solutions better and highly secure.
This new 8L Lathe is a small machine with big capabilities, and has the ability to fill turning needs in a variety of spaces. Rigid enough to cut anything, whether it’s plastic, stainless steel even titanium, this machine can handle it, and at an approachable price point.
The M5137 Xtra·tec® XT boasts reduced process costs thanks to its Tiger·tec® coating and six cutting edges per indexable insert. This translates to simple tool selection and low cutting material costs, and highly cost-effective operation due to low unit costs.
Originally launching in 2016, the microScan3 is an extremely intelligent and durable safety laser scanner that enhances machine availability and productivity due to its safeHDDM scanning technology. It provides flexibility for safe automation processes with simultaneous protective fields, contour detection fields, and detailed data output. In addition, the microScan3 offers a 9-meter protective field range with a scanning angle of 275o.
These new Bluetooth products maintain ISOtunes’ SafeMax Technology while introducing enhancements in design and functionality. Unlike most headphones, all ISOtunes headphones limit the volume to 85 decibels (dB) and offer a noise reduction rating (NRR) between 22 and 29 dB, making them OSHA and NIOSH compliant.
TwinCAT 3 automation software can communicate with HTTP(S) servers as an HTTP(S) client, for example for exchanging data via a REST API. Establishing a connection with MindSphere® is now also possible via this HTTPS communication for exchanging telemetry data. This connection is secured by TLS (Transport Layer Security) and uses MindSphere®-specific authentication mechanisms.
VolCut combines the benefits of the modularity of the Wohlhaupter MVS connection with Allied Machine and Engineering’s large diameter holemaking solution. This time-saving combination offers increased material removal and excellent chip control at greater depths for large diameter applications - even on underpowered machines. The VolCut insert holder is stocked for quick delivery with bore diameters ranging from 2.559” – 128.149” (65mm – 3255mm). Its unique designincorporates serrations designated to connect seamlessly with Wohlhaupter’s Twin Cutter and AluLine boring systems.
The second generation EcoFilter® utilizes an innovative two-stage metal chip removal and coolant filtration design. A hinged steel belt conveyor handles primary removal of large chips. In a secondary process, a flow-through filtration cell separates fines from coolant. Heavy duty brushes attached to the bottom side of the belt wipe these fines from the surface of the filter cell, where they flow to the bottom of the conveyor via the patent pending CleanCleat®. Standard angle cleats on the bottom run of the conveyor belt then scrape the separated fine chips back to the top of the belt for discharge.
The Lynx 2600SY is designed with a rigid bed structure and incorporates roller type LM guides for all axes. The maximum turning diameter is 14.9” and the maximum turning length is 24”, and the main spindle incorporates a 10” chuck while the sub-spindle handles either a 6- or 8-inch chuck size. The main spindle has a speed of 3,500 r/min (25HP) while the sub-spindle turns at 4,500 r/min (15HP), making quick work of complex parts. The Y-axis travel is 4.13”, and a 12 station servo-driven BMT tool turret with a half index feature (24 positions) is standard.
On average, thanks to the new 15kW laser, the cutting speed of the ByStar Fiber increases by up to 50 percent (when cutting with nitrogen) compared to a 10kW laser source. This means that sheet metal processing companies can benefit from higher productivity with relatively low unit costs. The 15kW laser output now also enables extended applications in stainless steel and aluminum up to 1.5 inch thick and thus offers maximum flexibility for customer orders.
