Applications using up to four Gen4 Super Ion Air Knives, Ion Air Guns, Ion Air Cannons, Ionizing Bars or any other EXAIR Gen4 static eliminator product can be connected to one power supply. Like all EXAIR Gen4 products, these four outlet power supplies are UL component recognized, CE and RoHS compliant.

The Type FHS can be installed in horizontal, vertical, inverted, and wall-mounted orientations. Four-way equal load rating in all directions (radial, reverse radial, right, and left directions) ensures high rigidity. In addition, The FHS is constructed with components designed to provide stability during extremely high rates of speed.

Models include the GL250, GL300, GL350, and GL450. Each is constructed with durable roller ways on all axis to produce high rigidity. A built-in spindle motor with a chiller incorporated and direct drive servo-motors results in high response speed, accuracy, less vibration, and lower maintenance requirements. Norton Winter AEON Grinding Wheels have a single usable abrasive layer design, with diamond or cBN particles mechanically fixed onto the core surface by an electrochemical process of nickel deposition. This unique layer design provides high grit retention levels for long wheel life. To save costs, the wheel core can be re-used. Once the abrasive grains are worn, the core of the wheel can be re-plated with new diamond or cBN grain in a continuous re-plating cycle.

More cost-effective than comparable systems but just as easy on tools, the AB735 synchronous threading adaptor maximizes tool performance. In addition to the minimized wear, the modular design of the adaptor also contributes to cost-efficiency: Exchangeable front pieces for different thread sizes or tool diameters (ER16 to ER32) can be used with the same collet. It also fits in virtually all ER adaptors, without requiring further investments.

Weiler Abrasives is offering the 4-1/2 inch Tiger Aluminum flap discs in Type 27 or Type 29 with either 7/8 or 5/8-11 arbor holes and two grit options. The 36-grit disc is a good choice for chamfering, weld removal and stock removal, while the 60-grit disc is ideal for weld blending, finishing and cosmetic detail work.
