The volume reduction of aluminum, magnesium, copper, brass, steel and other types of metal chips represents a significant cost savings in labor, disposal, transport and storage. Jorgensen/SFH single and double-shaft shredders efficiently reduce chip size in preparation for centrifuging or briquetting. Turning threads on hardened parts can be a challenge when using coated cemented carbide inserts: the cutting edge rapidly wears out before finishing the entire thread profiles, inhibiting greater feed rates and D.O.Cs. to be applied for increased productivity. Of all Tungaloy CBN grades, BX330 provides the cutting edge with the most balanced combination of wear and fracture resistance, making the grade suitable for withstanding continuous and heavy cutting loads inherent in the thread turning method for hardened parts.

These sleeves are designed to provide users with a comfortable fit and all-day protection. The secure tapered fit and silicone printed bicep band prevent sliding, reduce sagging, and limit material bunching and an elastic thumb loop keeps the sleeve in place when putting on gloves. To help users stay cool and protected while working in hot conditions, they have a moisture-wicking fabric that dries fast and are UPF50+ rated. The protective arm sleeves are constructed of a comfortable 4-way stretch material that does not restrict movement and allows a greater range of motion. 

Ideal to handle the harsh demands of the Oil and Gas industry, BB-FZA2G allows for quick and easy setup of odd shaped pipe for threading and re-threading. Thanks to incorporating three jaws with axial adjustment of the centering position while also using three compensating jaws with extra long rapid and clamping stroke of 1.5”, there is no need to re-shim the part. This enhances operator safety and  greatly increases overall productivity.

The bar material, which has an ASTM classification of Grade 1, is provided in the soft annealed and quenched condition in 3 to 7-meter lengths (9.84 feet – 22.96 feet) with an outer diameter of 3 to 9 inches (76.2 to 228.6 mm). OD tolerances are +/-0.8, according to ASTM B637.

These guide rails are assembled from precisely matched components: linear guide rails GN 2492, the matching cam roller carriages GN 2494 and the separately available wipers of TPU plus the individual rollers with three different bore types. The exceptionally stable guide rails are produced in a rolling process and can be mounted using the typical bore pattern, even up to a rail length of 97.64 in (2480 mm).

Spyral saw blades cut in all directions, even sideways and backwards. They will cut in the direction of the feed pressure, which can make a significant difference when cutting without rigid fixturing.
