ANCA has designed a special dental drill loading kit including tailored RoboMate pallets for FX machines using a Fanuc 200iD robot loader. The MP060 face milling cutter with a great number of teeth (z) between 10 and 22, and with diameters from 40 mm, can be used for roughing and finishing large surfaces and flat shoulders. The MP160 (z = 3–4) and MP260 (z = 2–3) shoulder and slot milling cutters, with either cylindrical shank or ScrewFit adaption and diameters of 16–40 mm and 4–20 mm respectively, are suitable for smaller flat surfaces, for plunging (MP260) and full slotting, as well as, in the case of the MP160, ramping, drilling and re-drilling work. All three milling cutters are equipped with internal coolant supply and can be used with emulsions and minimum quantity lubrication.

MERLIC 5.1 includes a new tool for optical character recognition that is based on HALCON’s Deep OCR technology. Compared to other algorithms, this holistic deep-learning-based approach can localize characters much more robustly, regardless of their orientation, font type, polarity, and it requires significantly less parameter tuning. Recognition performance is further increased by the automatic grouping of characters. This allows the identification of whole words and thus reduces the chance of misinterpretation of similar-looking characters. This new tool does not require the Deep Learning Add-On and is therefore already included in the entry level package MERLIC 5.1 S.

The Android touchscreen, pre-loaded with direct access to 1sourcelive, tracks inventory usage in real-time, triggering automated replenishment when inventory reaches a set minimum level.

In a floor space of less than 2.3 sqaure meters (24.8 square feet), the cost-efficient HELITRONIC G 200 offers tool grinding at its best. Grinding and re-sharpening of rotationally symmetrical cutting tools ranging from 1 to 125mm (0.039” to 4.92”) in diameter with a grinding wheel up to 150mm (5.91”) is possible. The HELITRONIC G 200 can accommodate a maximum tool length of 235mm (9.25”) and a tool weight of up to 12 kg (26.45 lbs).

Mencom Hazardous Location Connectors series is designed to meet stringent electrical requirements for protection under Class I Division 2 environments and certified by Underwriters' Laboratories (UL). ‘Class I’ is defined as a hazardous location in which flammable gas or vapor may be present in sufficient quantities to be considered ignitable or explosive. ‘Division 2’ is defined as an area that is not likely to contain dangerous concentrations of flammable substances in closed containers.
