Clean makes green

1/2 NPT Hollow Cone Liquid Nozzle

With HollowStream nozzles, the liquid is supplied into the body of the nozzle creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the hollow-cone spray pattern when the precision nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension as it exits the orifice and into a controlled spray angle. With an adjustable flow rate, it’s perfect for dust mitigation, pollution scrubbers, foam breaking and more.

Pulsed Two-Substance Ring Nozzle

The wear-free nozzle is equipped with a valve specially developed by acp for this purpose which enables pulse times as fast as 20 milliseconds. In contrast with pilot-operated standard valves, the direct control of the valve prevents icing and thus ensures reliable operation and consistently superior results. The jet and pause times can be set independently of each other, so that the pulses can be optimally adapted to the respective application and also to the part-specific cleaning sequence. At the same time, the pulsed jet reduces CO2 and compressed air consumption. Depending on the pulse time, savings between 10 and 15 percent can be achieved.

VpCI-330 Rust Preventative

VpCI-330 is clear, ready-to-use, low-viscosity, and designed for protection of metals in indoor and outdoor sheltered conditions. CO2 Snow-Jet Booths

With the new manual and automated JetStation-HP booths, acp systems AG supplies compact cleaning solutions for these use cases with quattroClean technology. The closed, sound-proofed stand-alone units are made entirely of stainless steel. They are only equipped with components and materials used in cleanroom applications. Intellistat Ion Air Gun

This Intellistat is activated with a comfortable, ergonomic short throw trigger which requires minimal effort. Constructed with a low voltage transformer converting 120V to 24V, it was designed to ensure user safety, in addition to using an EXAIR engineered air nozzle to maximize efficiency and meet OSHA requirements for sound level and dead-end pressure. GN 8170 Stainless Steel Indexing Plungers

The new GN 8170 stainless steel indexing plungers are intended for use in areas requiring sanitary equipment. They are available in lock-out or non-lock out types with a sealing lock nut that creates a totally hygienic version or without a sealing lock nut.

quattroClean Snow-Jet Technology

The core of the cleaning system is a wear-free, two-component ring nozzle through which the non-flammable and non-toxic carbon dioxide is fed. On exiting the nozzle, the carbon dioxide expands to form fine CO2 snow, which is then bundled by a separate jacketed jet of compressed air and accelerated to supersonic speed.

JFC GOLD Cleaner & Degreaser

Madison Green Biodegradable General-Purpose Cleaner

Madison Chemical introduces Madison Green, a mildly alkaline, environmentally friendly, biodegradable general-purpose cleaner that is highly effective on greasy and waxy surfaces, such as floors, work benches and other equipment.
