With HollowStream nozzles, the liquid is supplied into the body of the nozzle creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the hollow-cone spray pattern when the precision nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension as it exits the orifice and into a controlled spray angle. With an adjustable flow rate, it’s perfect for dust mitigation, pollution scrubbers, foam breaking and more.

The wear-free nozzle is equipped with a valve specially developed by acp for this purpose which enables pulse times as fast as 20 milliseconds. In contrast with pilot-operated standard valves, the direct control of the valve prevents icing and thus ensures reliable operation and consistently superior results. The jet and pause times can be set independently of each other, so that the pulses can be optimally adapted to the respective application and also to the part-specific cleaning sequence. EcoAir® 325 Tool & Die Rust Preventative has proved to be a great development for molders. This ready- to-use vegetable oil/solvent-based liquid is packaged in EcoAir® spray cans that rely on compressed air rather than traditional aerosol propellants. It is easy to atomize over a large surface area such as the interior of a plastic injection mold or die. Unlike other mold savers that have a reputation for clogging mold pores and must be cleaned off before use, EcoAir® 325 Tool & Die Rust Preventative does not have to be removed. This makes it extremely easy to bring a mold out of shipping or storage and put into use immediately.

VpCI-330 is clear, ready-to-use, low-viscosity, and designed for protection of metals in indoor and outdoor sheltered conditions.
