With the function block for dynamic muting, it is possible to configure tool class, muting end point or protected field modes simply and quickly. Safety functions such as position, speed, braking ramp, overrun distances and protected field can also be monitored. The function block ensures that dynamic muting is initiated once the check is complete. Manual programming is no longer required, so the press application is in operation quickly and safely.

Data Management Platform
As part of the partnership, the library of the machine vision software HALCON has been expanded to include data management functions. With the extension package for HALCON it is possible to build up an image database and to enrich the images with additional information such as time stamp, lot number, product number, temperature, or vibration data. The BeeYard data management platform from DataVision is then used to evaluate and analyze the image data. The cloud- or server-based platform enables customization to meet storage requirements, location-independent accessibility, cost efficiency – especially for large data volumes –, integration of a variety of other cloud-based tools and services, and high processing speed.
Polygonal Shank Toolholders
As precisely defined per ISO 26623, the Polygon Shank Coupling (PSC) interface features a unique tapered polygon which serves as a main element in torque transmitting, centering, and clamping. With double contact on both face and taper, as well as great cross-sectional strength, this interface is unrivaled in terms of high clamping force and bending stiffness.
SW North America to celebrate 10 years of smart technology

AKD2G 24A Drive
The AKD2G 24A servo drive provides configurable options including safety level, I/O, feedback, and fieldbus. It supports a secondary brake through a standard X4 connector and allows for faster Smart Feedback Adapter (SFA) wiring with a standard X5 connector.
MA267/MA263 Advance Milling Tools
Available in diameters from 1/8" to 1", the MA267/MA263 Advance tools are excellent for machining all other ISO N materials, such as copper, brass, bronze and magnesium-based alloys, in addition to aluminum. With a cylindrical shank, these tools are available with or without chip-splitters. The WJ30UU grade for the MA267/MA263 tools is uncoated, and the WJ30CD grade features a wear-resistant zirconium nitride (ZrN) coating to achieve maximum productivity and tool life. The MA263 with chip breaker geometry reduces cutting pressure and vibration at high feed rates. Both versions offer end geometry that is designed for aggressive ramping.

Ceratizit has added John "Buddy" Cagle to its South Carolina-based sales team and Trent Larsen to its North Central team.
Catalog 35
In addition to new products, Catalog 35 details some of the current standards and certifications EXAIR products meet, as well as best practices to ensure optimization and safety in a compressed air system. EXAIR products are designed to conserve compressed air and increase personnel safety in the process, so detailed technical explanations, performance data, application photos and dimensional drawings are provided for each product to paint a full picture of what each solution offers. A price list is also included for reference.
ZFA Central Filter Systems
Vomat ZFA central filter systems consist of separate modules. Their advantage is their combinability. The modules are assembled according to the customer's system requirements. The basic model for Vomat central filter systems is the ZFA 1200, whose filter unit has compact dimensions of 1200 x 1200 x 2200 mm (L x W x H). The filter fineness is 3-5 µm.
