TwinCAT/BSD Hypervisor

EASTEC 2021 Booth Visit: SW North America

SW North America demonstrates a cut on a slide (a firearm component) to highlight the machine's capabilities, its architecture and integrated loading solution.
From a pencil sketch to high-tech automation
Hetec GmbH, a machining technology specialist and supplier for tool, mold, and machine construction, has automated its production using the pallet handling system PHS 1500 Allround that helped tie together 5-axis machining centers into one high-production system.
MultiTHREAD Thread Mills
MultiTHREAD Thread Mills feature a proprietary TIN T21 coating developed by EMUGE, which reduces chip welding and improves chip evacuation. MultiTHREAD Thread Mills also allow one tool to thread both through and blind holes and make right or left-hand threads. Two types of sub-micro grain carbide thread mills are offered – full form or single plane.

For each gear type, the software has a unique set of definitions, evaluation algorithms and reporting graphics conveniently packaged in one add-on module, making it easy for users to bring a new capability to their existing CMM. The module supports alignment of the gear axis during measurement using any of the three CMM axes and traditional touch trigger probes or advanced scanning probes.
