A-523 Z-Tip-Tilt
The compact format provides a rotation range up to 2° in theta-X / theta-Y and 5mm vertical (Z travel) range with excellent dynamics (up to 1g acceleration). The 250mm diameter (10") platform can carry loads of 8kg (~18lbs), while the low profile of only 60mm (2.4") keeps the center of gravity down, a great advantage in dynamic applications.

ECM 2400 Encoder
The ECM 2400 encoders are available with EnDat 2.2 interface. In conjunction with a safe control, they can be used as single-encoder systems in applications with control category SIL 2 (as per EN 61508) and with Performance Level "d" (as per EN ISO 13849).

130mm Double-Acting Hydraulic Vise
Jergens' 130mm hydraulic vise offers users the ability to position the jaws just outside of the dimension of the workpiece to minimize travel when clamping. This, in combination with the speed of hydraulic workholding, reduces clamping and unclamping operations to about one second.
