2FG7 Gripper
Boasting a maximum payload of 11 kg (24.3 lb), an external grip range of up to 74 mm (2.91 in) and a gripping force of between 20-140 N, the versatile 2FG7 can handle heavy, bulky payloads with ease. Smaller than OnRobot's RG2 and RG6 grippers –and yet more powerful than both –the 2FG7's dimensions (156 x 158 x 180 mm/6.14 x 6.22 x 7.08 in) make it the perfect gripper for use in small work envelopes, which is a major bonus in busy manufacturing facilities where space is at a premium, and in applications with tight quarters for maneuvering.

Mazak to debut machine series and CNC at next virtual event
Mazak Corp. will unveil its Ez Series of machines and Mazatrol SmoothEz CNC at a Dec. 8 virtual event.
BIDEMICS JP0 Grade
The newest addition to the group is JP0 for continuous cuts when finishing HRSA parts and machining at 700 up to 1600 SFM. It brings improved wear resistance to provide performance and consistency of machined part straightness.
ST4 Grade Carbide Inserts
The thick CrAlN coating provides high hardness and oxidation resistance solving issues related to machining materials such as: 304SS, 17-4PH, and Nitinol. High speed machining applications with ST4 inserts have proven results with stable machining, excellent surface finishes, and extended tool life.
CeramiX HX5 Grade
CeramiX HX5 Grade succeeds in matching the performance characteristics of CBN with the added benefit of being a less expensive product compared to CBN. A special TiAlN coating offers excellent wear resistance for hard turning applications.
S-Mill Series Carbide End Mills
The sharpness of these end mills reduces the occurrence of burrs, produces remarkable surface finish, and improves tool life to outperform the competition. S-Mills are available in 2, 3, and 4 flute designs with a range of diameters to cover a wide variety of applications (2 flute available in a 2mm dia.) and in 40, 45, and 50mm lengths that are ideal for automatic lathes.
3/8 NPT FullStream Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzle
With FullStream nozzles, the liquid is supplied directly into the body of the nozzle creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the desired spray pattern when the machined nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension, and exits the orifice in a round, controlled spray angle.n
AMI812x Series Iintegrated Servo Drives
As an EtherCAT device, the AMI812x integrated servo drive can be placed directly on the machine without a control cabinet and without upstream I/O, enabling the implementation of highly compact machines without control cabinets. At market introduction, the AMI812x series includes three overall lengths in the F2 flange code with standstill torques from 0.5 to 1.1 Nm. The AMI812x is optionally available with a multi-turn absolute encoder without battery backup and with a backlash-free holding brake. With an additional sealing ring, the servo drive achieves a high IP65 protection rating and is suitable for all motor installation positions. STO safety functionality can be integrated as an option via TwinSAFE Logic.
