Impact Resistant Gloves

However, higher performance ratings often lower glove dexterity, so understanding the application is critical when choosing a glove. To align with this initiative, all of our new gloves are equipped with enhanced TPR for protection to meet the ANSI/ISEA impact rating of 2 while still maintaining dexterity and mobility.
BoreMeister Series Setting Device
Setting the tool to the correct center height is one of the important factors to achieve the right dimension tolerances and surface integrity of the component. The new setting device enables easy, systematic, and accurate settings of tool center height. Its serrated interface with a magnetic locator in the center makes attachment and detachment to the tool body easy and accurate. The setting device comes in two sizes: AVC-SET16-25 covers BoreMeister diameters 16, 20, and 25 mm and AVC-SET32-60 diameters 32, 40, 50, and 60 mm.
FINE BEAM Inserts
The latest additions include inserts with 0.8 mm (.032″) nose radius in versatile AH725 grade. 0.8 mm nose radius will provide the cutting edge with strength, preventing edge fracture for predictable tool life. In addition, AH725 enhances the insert's wear resistance during machining of various materials, ensuring high precision and boosts productivity.

DrillForce-Meister Line With Smaller Drill Diameters
DrillForce-Meister incorporates a unique seat design that enables easy and swift drill head exchanges, while maximizing the clamping security, making drilling easy on curved surfaces, inclined exits, or components with a stability problem. The seat is designed with a maximum possible contact surface to hold the drill head in place for secure stability during demanding large-diameter bore drilling with the IT9-IT10 hole tolerance.
BXA10 CBN Grade
BXA10 incorporates a crater-wear-resistant PcBN substrate and the latest multilayer PVD coating for edge toughness, enhancing the grade's wear and fracture resistance. The latest development will provide improved productivity, tool life, and surface integrity in continuous to light interrupted cuts at high cutting speeds of drive shafts, gears, and other case hardened or induction hardened steel parts common in automotive industries.
ESPRIT With Additive Direct Energy Deposition (DED) Cycles
The DP Technology teams are proud to announce the very first commercial version of ESPRIT that includes additive direct energy deposition (DED) cycles. ESPRIT's additive capabilities are the product of the team's more than 35 years of experience in toolpath generations, and they include the same intuitive user interface that users expect from the software. The product release includes 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis DED support. Combined with the subtractive processes and embedded into a single software, DP Technology brings a full spectrum of support to hybrid manufacturing.
SMIRT 2021 Automated Milling Strategies
Enhancements to the Page Manager have improved toolpath management. These include the ability to create named groups and functions for copying and modifying existing toolpaths, which speeds up the process of creating finish paths that use the same tool set-up as the rough paths.

A survey of members of the National Tooling and Machining Association and Precision Metalforming Association shows the importance of the Small Business Administration's Paycheck Protection Program, with more than 91% of respondents reporting that they have applied for and received a PPP loan to retain employees they otherwise would have furloughed or terminated.
AMB 2020 postponed
The exhibitor survey conducted by Messe Stuttgart clearly showed that there is no adequate basis for an AMB exhibition this year. The next regular AMB then will be held in its regular cycle in Stuttgart, Germany, from 13 to 17 September 2022.
