AH8015 consists of a nano-multilayered PVD coating with high aluminum content. CG Pistol Grip Changing Fixture
The pistol grip changing fixture is easiest way to change MicroCentric collets. Simply insert the pins onto the front face of the collet and squeeze the handle. A locking mechanism in the handle keeps the fixture collapsed while installing and removing the collet.
ESPRIT 2020
ESPRIT 2020 features plentiful updates for Swiss-type machining. This technique is defined by its small, often intricate parts. Medical devices, such as bone screws, are typically manufactured on Swiss-type machines. ESPRIT's 2020 update introduces or enhances support for 200 different Swiss-type machine models.
TungTurn-Jet System
The TungTurn-Jet system strategically directs the internal coolant jet exactly where it is needed, close to the cutting point on the insert rake face. This dramatically improves chip control during the machining of difficult-to-cut materials, which is not the case with conventional coolant delivery methods.
SNG Coolant-Through Holders
Designed for the internal grooving of bores with diameters as small as 8.0 mm (.315″) up to 24.0 mm (.945″), while promising reliable chip evacuation. The shanks are made of either steel for economy or tungsten carbide for long reach areas where tool steadiness is vital.

G4014-P Grooving Tool Holder
The G4014-P groove turning holder makes it possible to change inserts in the machine – even where space is limited—in particular on long center lathes and multi-spindle machines. As a result, changing inserts is approximately 70% faster.
