Milwaukee-based Jason Industries, a diversified corporation with Osborn and Milsco business units, has announced the planned acquisition of The Matchless Metal Polish Co., Chicago. This acquisition will offer customers access to a global leader with a single, unmatched portfolio that provides solutions for surface preparation, cutting, cleaning and finishing supported by exceptional technical expertise, delivery and quality. Matchless will be incorporated into Osborn, which is the primary business unit serving the Industrial market segment for Jason Industries.
